Wellness Wednesday is back!
I want to apologize for being absent the last few weeks. I have been touring colleges and with the time changes and multiple cities it has been hard to finish a chance to blog.
However, I used this time in the desert to relax and really ground down. I am at a stage of my life where everything, and I really do mean everything, feels undecided. Over the past few days I came to the realization that just sitting outside is meditative. I am able to clear my head, take in the surroundings and focus on what is important.
A few weeks ago, I did a Motivational Monday about the power of being present and how we should unplug ourselves from our devices. Think of this Wellness Wednesday as an extension of that post. Step away from our cellphones, computers or televisions and take in the surroundings. I promise you, in that stillness and quietness you will find your answers.
