I really wanted this post to be a review and demo of the new ABH Prism Palette, but this palette arrived broken in the mail. This is so disheartening because this is the SECOND broken palette I received from the Anastasia Beverly Hills brand this year.
ABH is usually great about their packaging but I noticed right away that the box they used to ship the new prism palette didn’t have the usual shredded paper stuffing to protect the palette.

Here is the first broken palette I got, this video got so much hate saying my reaction was fake but it was literally how I felt at the time. I was actually in shock.

Are they going to replace the palette because if they don’t it’s going to bring bad attention to their brand. I hope everything is fixed soon.

I think she mentioned in the video that they do replace broken palettes without an issue.

I haven’t bought the palette but i feel like the colors not really new and the best part is the packaging if you think about it and I need to wear the colors not the packaging so….

I’m surprised that people gave you hate for your ABHx Nicole G video because it seems like so many people got ones that were broken. I was actually surprised when mine arrived intact.
