Wednesdays are always my busiest days of the week, and the last thing I need today is to wake up with the flu. Unfortunately, it is that time of year where it seems like 80% of the people in your social circle are sick, and of course, most of us are suffering from seasonal allergies as well. Today, I am victim of both allergies and the flu [lucky me].
I want to share with you a recipe that I love for a juice that is delicious and will keep your immune system strong during this season, so that you can protect yourself from the nasty viruses that you may be currently exposed to.
Things you will need:
-1 Tablespoon chia seeds
-Small piece of fresh ginger
Juice the grapefruit, pineapple, and ginger. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Serve over ice and enjoy!
