Introducing: Alina Ceusan

Lady Code would like to introduce to you readers fellow blogger Aline Ceusan. Fashionable, classy, and beautiful, Alina is well known throughout Europe for her chic style.

Let’s get to know her:

When did you first become interested in fashion and why?

A: I guess I was into fashion since I was little. I remember my teacher gave us a piece of paper in the 1st day of school and asked us to write or draw something, just as facebook asked us a while ago “what’s on your mind…” (laughing)…

And I wrote (almost) the whole alphabet and I drew a picture of a girl wearing those high platform heels that were so fashionable back in 1999… She kept laughing at me and asked herself (and also my parents sometimes) what’s this girl gonna end up…? So here I am.

What exactly do you like about fashion?

A: The seasons keep on coming, the trend keeps on fading, it’s a thrill to dress up and find your style. I think it’s kinda hard to find your personal style when you are very young, but experimenting makes fashion fun.

At what age did you start modeling?

A: 14

How did you become a model?

A: I signed with a little agency from my hometown and I kept booking all the jobs in the city ever since. I had my 1st photoshoot for a Romanian Designer (Roxana Simon) about one year later, when I turned 15.

Did you ever encounter difficulties in the fashion industry?

A: Not really, once I took almost all the given jobs and I learned how to behave in the early years (you don’t complain about the look, the hair, or the make-up, you are always on time and upbeat). Fashion industry nowadays is in its full development process in Romania and I’m sure in a few years the quality bloggers will pop-up, if they haven’t already.

What is your favorite thing about modeling?

A: Modeling is like acting. You get to be a different character everyday.
