Good morning everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful week. As many of you know, yesterday was Daylight Savings Time means we turned the clocks back one hour. I was looking forward to getting extra sleep and then I realized, why sleep in when there are so many things I could get done in the morning. So today I woke up at 6:30, made breakfast, studied, went to class, made my video (link below) and now I am writing this blog post.
My video is all about making the most out of your day. By getting 15 minutes of sunlight at both the dawn and dusk period of the day, your brain will produce serotonin and melatonin; hormones that help combat with depression and regulate sleep.
Isn’t is amazing that 30 minutes of sunlight a day will make such a big difference?
Enjoy this bright Monday everyone. See you next week!
