Last week I decided to commit to a healthier lifestyle that includes eating better and working out! I made a vlog intro showing my body before (1 week ago), and then filmed an update today with my after photo. Getting in shape is a journey and it takes a lot of time, dedication, perseverance, and discipline. I defintely had my moments where I binged on carbs but the most important thing is to get back on track and be persistent!
