What Are “Nice” Shoes?

Hi Lady Code readers!
It’s September 1st.
Here in the US, it’s Labor Day, a holiday. I hope that you all with the long weekend are enjoying your extra day off!

I love the first day of a month. It feels like a brand new start and I especially love September. For no other reason than that it feels so calm and cozy. 🙂

My video for you today requires some context: The other day, my friend Alexis was telling me about a metaphysical dilemma that she had, and it came down to buying “nice” shoes.

It’s an interesting question about what it means to be authentic when you’re dressing a certain way to make a certain impression.
