Red Ombre Hair: Hit or Miss?

The Ombre trend has been very popular over the last year, we have noticed a lot of celebrities with the half brown – half blonde look. This is an edgy, sexy style that makes your hair look more interesting instead of having a single color. The trend extended from hair color to clothes, nails, and even cakes.  This past spring the trend has been seen all over the runway. It is a very bold style that looks fun to wear with all the colors.

However, lately the trend has been changing and instead of the usual half – brown half blonde hair, we have seen RED OMBRE HAIR.  This is definitely a very eccentric look!!  Once Drew Barrymore wore it, this gradual color progression trend spiked.  We have seen different shades of red with this look, some were flaming, others more subtle. There is a variety of styles that can be achieved with the red ombre. Some prefer to do half blonde – half red, while others prefer half brown – half red.

As fun and bold as the style looks, if not executed well, the result can be outrageous!!!

Is this new trend here to stay?

  1. I love the ombre look especially if it’s well blended. Not too sure about this model’s hair though the demarcation line is too obvious…

  2. I do agree with all the concepts you have offered on your post.
They’re really convincing and can definitely work.
Still, the posts are too short for novices. May just you please lengthen them a little from subsequent time?
    Thank you for the post.
