ABH Modern Renaissance Palette: Review + Tutorial

I was late night binge watching YouTube tutorials last night and saw this Modern Renaissance tutorial by Jeffree Star. Literally two colors into the tutorial I was convinced I needed this palette. I did some research and there is a TON of hype around this palette. Every major beauty blogger is raving about it so I had to try it out myself!

I went to my local Sephora this morning at 10:00 am and they only had ONE Modern Renaissance palette left! I have a feeling that they will sell out soon since they flew out of the Sephora stores. I know for a fact you can buy it directly here: http://www.anastasiabeverlyhills.com/modern-renaissance-palette.html

There are tons of great palettes out there with red tones, Violet Voss’s Holy Grail palette and Lorac’s Unzipped are a few of the popular ones. Red shadows and peach tones will be big this year in makeup, but make sure you are investing in a GREAT palette with red tones. I will do a comparison video on our YouTube channel this week, but here are some things that set Anastasia’s Modern Renaissance Palette apart:

-The colors are truly unique: Most of the colors in this palette are colors that I don’t have in any of my [million] other palettes!

-The reds are RED: The red are VIBRANT and amazing.

-The quality of the palette: This palette is AMAZING quality. Imagine Urban Decay Eyeshadows dipped in butter.0

-The brush is amazing: The brush that came with the palette is perfect. It has a crease fluffy side and a smudging side that is angled with dense, shorter bristles.
