Face masks for your healthy summer skin

With the hot summer days here, I want to share with you the recipes for these at-home fruit masks that will keep your skin radiant and hydrated. On your next groceries trip to the store, make sure to buy some extra fruits (they will be used for the masks 🙂 ).

We love to feel pampered; Whether it is a massage, a day at the spa, a facial etc. Our skin feel amazing when it is rejuvenated and fresh. There are always those hot summer days, when you return from the pool and you don’t feel like leaving your house to even make a trip to the spa. If you are on vacation and there isn’t a spa anywhere near you, this might work even better! The recipe for these at home fruit masks is great, as it is very easy, however has excellent results!

This face mask can be accustomed to your particular skin type.

Normal Skin

You will need to have a nectarine, grapes, and honey.  Blend the nectarine and the grape together until you have a good mix. The juice obtained from the grapes should be well incorporated with the mix. Add the honey ulteriorly and mix to have a homogenous paste. Apply the mask to your skin and wait for 30 minutes, afterwards rinse with warm water. You can do this mask once or twice a week to keep your skin radiant and fresh.

Oily Skin 

 For this you will need cherries, 1 egg white, and corn. Mix together the cherries with the egg white and 1 table spoon of corn powder. Apply this to your skin and rinse with hot water after 20 minutes. It is recommended to do this mask 2-3 times a week for excellent results. Afterwards you can apply a moisturizing cream.

Dry Skin

The ingredients needed for this are: 1 nectarine, 1 egg white, and honey. Blend together the nectarine with the egg white. Once a homogenous past is achieved add the honey and continue to mix all of the ingredients together. Apply  to your skin and wait for 30 minutes. Rinse with hot water and apply a face serum followed by a hydrating face cream. You can do this mask 2-3 times a week to see results and improvements.

Intense hydration

If you want a mask for intense hydration, regardless if you have combination or dry skin, here are the ingredients you will need: a cup of cherries and olive oil. Use a blender to blend the cherries. The paste you have obtained mix with one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply this to your skin (face and neck together). Rinse after 30 minutes with hot water. You can apply this mask as needed: 2-3 times a week or more.
