Shoes, Shoes, Shoes!

 

Fall 2013 has in store for us some new trends when it comes to shoes! After doing my research and seeing what people have been wearing it makes me wonder if they are a Hit or Miss? It could be that it just depends what the style they are going for is, or how the shoes are paired up with the outfit!

Let’s see some of these new trends for fall….What do you think?

 

 

These booties are fall’s version of summer’s ubiquitous gold, silver, and metallic strappy sandals. Summer 2013 brought the trend with these metallic, shoes that have been very popular. The style is very bold and edgy. I myself, own a few pairs of the metallic strappy and pointy shoes (which I love). For fall these are advantageous because you can wear them without necessarily needing a pedicure :). These shoes can be paired up with denim, monochrome colors, black, and nudes. They are perfect if you are going for a laid back top but you want to still stand out. You could just add on the shoes and….your outfit will be transformed from plain to fun!

 

 

 

 

 

Another popular trend this fall for shoes is The Black and White Bootie. Many say that this is the new “go to” since it is easy to pair up with any colored outfit. These booties are chic and enhance your outfit. You could wear a plain top but these booties will make sure to turn eyes and make you stand out. They make black-and-white more chic taking out the monotone in these colors. These booties can be worn with bright colors, nude, and black.

 

 

 

These are going to be seen around a lot this fall! They are very interesting and eccentric. They are very chic but have a unique look that can be difficult to pair up with. The more fur, the wilder the look and the more attention your shoes will get. These boots can be paired up with knits, or fall fabrics to accentuate the look. They are definitely something different. Although very cute, I haven’t had the courage to buy a pair like this yet…maybe I should 🙂

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These are also nice and fun! They are very edgy and can be combined with a dark blazer made out of a bold material, or a leather jacket. They would not go with softer materials or knits because they are so bold, but they look great if you want to do a different style. The boots can be colorful or just plain black and the studs can be gold, metallic, or silver giving you a chance to match with more colors…. I love studs!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are a lot of options to choose from! All of these booties will definitely accentuate your look this fall and make you stand out! Obviously some styles are too bold and not for everyone….
