Hey dolls! So I literally felt like my body was getting back on track in the gym when the whole COVID-19 pandemic hit. Since we are staying home, I didn’t know what to do about my fitness. I decided to get in touch with the trainer I was working with at my gym, Mike Silva, to see if we could set up FaceTime workouts. I signed up for 4 home workouts (30 minutes a day, twice a week) to test it out and see how it worked, and O..M..G, you guys, I’ve been so sore and feeling snatched after these work outs.
I asked Mike if he would work with me to share a home workout video on my YouTube channel, since we are all about wellness and he said yes! So here is my workout I did on FaceTime with Mike yesterday, let me know if you follow along!
