Miss America 2016 brought a comeback thanks to their advantage as the only national pageant televised on a major network, due to the Miss Universe Organization losing sponsors, judges, and being dropped from the NBC network. The 2016 Miss America Pageant had many highlights. Here’s the rundown:
Miss America CEO Sam Haskell addressed Vanessa Williams and her previous controversy onstage with an official apology.
Nick Jonas was overrated and seemed to be out shined by Vanessa Williams and Zendaya.
Zendaya was everything.
