Lately my schedule has been packed with a few opportunities that came my way! I am so thankful for everything in my path right now but it’s been keeping so busy I haven’t been able to post on Lady Code.
One thing I have been doing lately is exploring art. I used to paint and draw all the time, so much that my original major in college was in art! I hadn’t focused on art since I changed my major in 2010, but a quick trip to the art store made it easy for me to put together some art pieces over the past few weeks.
After creating a few pieces, I explored the idea of printing the artwork on some shirts! I had a few shirts printed with my work and I am in love. Every day, I’ve been wearing my little art shirts!
Art is all about expressing yourself and I think one of the best ways to do that is through fashion!
