How you look is a reflection of what you eat! In order to stay healthy and maintain your skin radiant, it is important to eat healthy. Cooking at home is the best way to go. Not only does it save you money but it also helps keeping you in shape! This delicious recipe is made in no time.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- sweet mashed potatoes
- boneless chicken breast
- red wine
- garlic and herb marinade
- knorr chicken bouillon
- butter
- half and half
- broccoli, onions, and carrots
- parsley
Once you have the ingredients necessary here are the few simple steps you have to follow:
Chicken
- preheat oven at 350 F
- prepare the marinade for the chicken: mix red wine with the garlic & herb marinade and 1 cube of knorr chicken bouillon
- wash and pit the chicken
- marinade the chicken for 15-45 minutes
- place the chicken on the baking sheet
- place chicken in the oven for 11 minutes, after flip sides
Sweet Potatoes
- peel 5 potatoes
- cut potatoes into halves
- boil the potatoes until soft
- drain the potatoes
- add half & half and butter to mash the potatoes
Vegetables
- chop vegetables
- boil for 7 minutes
- drain vegetables
At the end add parsley over the chicken and mashed potatoes if desired
