As basic as it may be, I think I’m going to be Kylie Jenner for halloween this year! I did a test run of my costume and filmed the whole process like a tutorial so that you can follow along if you’ve been thinking about being the youngest Jenner for halloween too! The best part is that this costume is DIY and most of the things I used are super affordable and easy to get!
