Almost two weeks ago, I got together with my little NYC squad and we went to Net-A-Porter Studios in New Jersey to get our “family” Christmas portraits taken. Emilyn, who frequently contributes for Lady Code has everyone’s dream job: She works at Net-A-Porter! Thanks to her hook up we were able to get glam and shoot in their gorgeous studio! Yay!
Getting from New York City to New Jersey is kind of a pain. We had to take a couple trains, but since I couldn’t decide if I should have blonde hair or my gray ombre bob for the shoot, we ended up running late, which cost us a pretty expensive cab ride to the next train station. Of course since Net-A-Porter is Net-A-Porter, they sent a car to pick us up from the station to take us to the studio!
