I’ve always have my eyes on a black nano luggage tote from Celine. I thought the bag was so adorable and chic, and to celebrate my first big makeup gig, I decided to get one.

I’m pretty disappointed with the entire buying experience and the Celina bag itself, so here is the full story:

  1. I’m so angry for you. I can’t believe they treated you like that. And I know it was your dream bag, and it’s so sad that you spent that much money for it and you can’t even adjust the straps or hold in on your elbow.

  3. That bag is very pretty but it’s sooo expensive ! On top of that it wasn’t what you expected … You didn’t deserve to be treat like that, what a shame !

  5. Celine must fix their staffs/employees!!! It’s never right for employees to treat costumers like that. I just hate how people treat others like that 🙄🙄 i’m so sorry for what happened 😦 hope it’ll not happen again 💗

  7. I’m sorry for this unpleasant experience Lisa… The bag is beautiful but I don’t think it was really worth it in the end.
    My absolute FAAAVORITE designer bag is Moschino’s Biker Jacket bag, I’m just in love with it!

  9. That honestly sucks that they treated you like that. I watched this video a little while ago and I was like are you actually freaking kidding me. At first I didn’t understand why you still bought from them bc the way they acted was horrible, but then I thought about it and I was like well it is her dream bag but I dunno. People suck sometimes, that’s just how the world is now. But I’m really sorry that you were treated that way,😔 just remember that your subscribers love you🤗

  10. That stinks you were treated so badly especially when the bags cost so much. It’s like a Pretty Woman moment ya know? Haha! Well, at least you got your dream bag and you should totally rock it, because it’s beautiful. My dream bag would be a classic chanel and I’ve always had my heart set on a Louis Vuitton Speedy in the white Murakami multi color. I know, so 2003 but I’m obsessed!

  11. Your experience with them reminds me of like 50 of my experiences at Ulta, it’s disgusting😒 I hate how store employees judge you based on how you look and are dressed.

  12. I watch your video on youtube some days ago and i just ask my self why are people like that you shouldn’t be judged on how you look because just like you what if you dont have time to dress up yourself what if you are in a hurry i just hate people like that😡

  14. OMG! What a horrible shopping experience! I am from Montreal, the same town from where Celine is from. Honestly, if Celine knew about this she would be mortified and would be super sweet about it! She is great with her fans! I would write her and let her know that this happend while purchasing one of her bags, I am sure she would like to know how the staff treated you. You are the customer, it is the staff’s job to inform you with a smile and obviously that was sooo disappointing! There is no excuse! I work in customer service, I cannot believe this. Its a damn shame! The bag is so beautiful, maybe not that pratical but nevertheless so classic and timeless. 🙂 Enjoy! xo

  15. I can’t believe this happened to you! This makes me so angry for you. You shouldn’t have been treated like that and for close to $3000 the bag should work much better.
    That being said, this was very helpful for you to share. I’ve been thinking about purchasing this bag myself so I will now be more cautious.

  16. I can’t believe they treated you like that! What a shame for them to represent this company like that. Honestly the most expensive purse I’ve ever bought was $12, but it was my favorite until my kids made fun of me, lol. My dream bag would have to be just about any Coach bag.
