Makeup Challenge: Full Face Using Designer Makeup

Hi girls!

I’m settled in back at home from my weekend trip to the Bahamas and I decided to edit this video I created of a full face using ONLY designer makeup AKA makeup I would never be able to afford if I was not gifted these items from PR!

Let’s try everything out and see if these products are worth the price tag:

WORTH IT LIST: 

Dior Airflash Foundation

DiorShow Mascara

Burberry highlight stick

Burberry lip velvet

Kevyn Aucoin Beauty Oil

Moschino Eyeshadow Palette

Givenchy perfume

NOT WORTH IT LIST: 

YSL glow booster

Burberry contour stick

Givenchy brow gel

Tatcha dewy skin mist

A lot of these products have drugstore prices dupes available from Morphe or BH Cosmetics that work just as great, if not better! For example, my go-to cream contour palette is the e.l.f cream contour palette which retails for about $6. The Morphe 35o 2 has the perfect warm tones that I would choose over the Moschino palette any day. The Balm Cosmetics has the best highlighter ever, the Mary Lou-Manizer which is available for $12 on WalMart’s website. Price and branding don’t always mean quality, but I do have to say that Dior makeup has consistently proven to perform extremely well.

  8. This was such a fun video!! I love seeing how high end products work out because it’s great to know that they don’t always perform perfectly and you can still get really good quality at a more affordable price. Now when I hear certain brand names of makeup I can still be aware of what they are and at least be somewhat educated on them even without having used them😅 iTs a win-Win!
