KKW BEAUTY ULTRALIGHT BEAMS REVIEW

I forgot I ordered a KKW Beauty Ultralight Beam set until I got a shipping notification. Why? Because I ordered this on December FIRST. If I remembered, I would have made a scene with customer service because 2 weeks to ship a product from the day you order it is so 2001.

Like most beauty products these days, the mega influencers get a fancy package with every shade of the new product in some super fancy packaging. KKW Beauty wasn’t an exception with her Ultralight beams:

Based on the photos above of these influencers with their top notch packaging, I had a little bit of hope that KKW Beauty had upgraded her potato-chip-bag packaging with a nice box that makes you happy to spend $32 ($40.95 with shipping) for the small cosmetic set.

Nope. This is what we get as paying customers:

Moving on from the packaging let’s take another moment to recognize that shipping is $8.95. For $8.95, I would LOVE to see my package arrive in 3-5 business days, not 2 weeks.

The actual product itself is actually very glamorous. The gloss is gorgeous and stays in place. It’s so pretty applied over any lipstick.

The highlighter was really nice, but the packaging on it is awful. It’s a loose pigment but I have no where to put the pigment on my brush. You can see exactly what I mean in the video below:

Overall, I don’t recommend the product because I think you can find drugstore alternatives for much less than $40.95. It would be gorgeous for $15 or even $25, but definitely not worth the wait.

  4. KKW might as well sell her spit as a liquid highlighter in a bottle and charge an obscene amount of money for it. At least, that seems to be the equivalent to her ACTUAL products.

I love a how honest your opinion about your kkw beauty review from the ordering, to shipping, to packaging and actually really getting tryout the product, you really went in and head completely honest about which very helpful to people thinking about purchasing this product and for $40.95 and shipping takes 2 weeks that’s a rip off

  15. Lisa! I think the reason we all respect you so much is becaust of how honest you are about products. I also love that you ONLY put products you believe in and love in your giveaways! That says a lot about you as a person! I hope you have a very Merry Christmas! I enjoy following you, girl!

  17. Thanks for your honest review! For the price paid for shipping it should be sent priority, 2 weeks is unacceptable. I see no reason to purchase over priced, trial size products.
